West Mission Bay Boot Camp Class

LANDMARK: Ski Beach (you can Google map this or 1600 Vacation Rd. to get close)

INSTRUCTIONS: The boot camp location changes due to conditions and crowding at the park. Park in the north, closest to the flag shown, and you will see my blue Yukon Truck with signs in the windows.

We train predominantely in 1 of 3 locations, either facing north, near the bridge, facing south along the beach looking toward downtown San Diego, or just to the right when you first enter the parking lot.
