Morley Field Boot Camp Class

LANDMARK: Balboa Tennis Club (you can Google map this or Morley Field Sports Complex to get close)

INSTRUCTIONS: The boot camp location changes due to conditions at the park. Park in the parking lot directly across from the Balboa Tennis Club, closest to the flag shown, and you will see my blue Yukon Truck with signs in the windows.

MORLEY FIELD IS MY FAVORITE LOCATION TO RUN BOOT CAMPS AT; WE UTILIZE BENCHES, LARGE OPEN FIELDS, BLEACHERS, TENNIS STADIUMS AND COURTS, CURBS, HILLS AND TRAILS TO CREATE HIGH INTENSITY, DYNAMIC WORKOUTS, WITH A NEW TWIST EACH SESSION.
